In this policy
1. Respecting intellectual property
PrintRealms respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our sellers and users. Sellers must own or have permission to use every design they list — including models, characters, logos and artwork.
Selling unauthorised copies of protected work is prohibited and will result in removal of the listing and action against the seller. See our Marketplace Rules for more.
2. Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent at [email protected]. A valid notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material on PrintRealms (URL or listing link)
- Your contact information — name, address, email and phone number
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
We review notices and remove clearly infringing material promptly.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. A valid counter-notice must:
- Identify the removed material and its location before removal
- Include your contact details
- State, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court
- Include your physical or electronic signature
We forward counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material after the statutory period unless we receive notice of legal action.
4. Repeat infringers
PrintRealms operates a three-strike rule. Accounts found to have infringed copyright three times are permanently removed from the marketplace.
A single serious infringement — for example large-scale commercial infringement — may also result in immediate permanent removal.
