1. Using PrintRealms
By creating an account or browsing the marketplace you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
PrintRealms is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of 3D printed items. We are not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller, though we facilitate payment and provide protections.
2. Buying prints
When you place an order you enter a contract directly with the seller. Listings are offers — the seller confirms the order once accepted. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Selling prints
Sellers must list only genuine 3D printed items they created or have rights to sell. You're responsible for accurate descriptions, photos, pricing and timely shipping. Misleading listings may be removed without refund.
Sellers must comply with our Marketplace Rules at all times.
4. Fees & commission
PrintRealms charges an 8% commission on each completed sale, deducted automatically at checkout. Sellers receive 92% of the list price. Payouts are made to your linked account on a rolling schedule.
Listing is free. There are no monthly subscription fees for standard accounts.
5. Prohibited content
The following are not allowed on PrintRealms:
- Items that are not 3D printed (no mass-produced, resin-cast, or injection-moulded goods)
- Weapons, weapon parts, or anything designed to cause harm
- Counterfeit or trademark-infringing designs
- Adult content involving minors
- Anything illegal in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction

6. Refunds & disputes
If a print never arrives, arrives damaged, or significantly doesn't match the listing, you can open a dispute within 14 days of delivery. PrintRealms mediates and may issue a full refund at our discretion.
Custom or personalised prints are generally non-refundable unless the seller failed to deliver.
7. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our rules, or the law. Serious violations (fraud, prohibited content, repeat offenses) result in permanent bans and forfeiture of pending payouts.
