In this agreement
1. Accepting these terms
By listing items for sale on PrintRealms you agree to this Seller Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Marketplace Rules. If you don't agree, you may not sell on the marketplace.
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continuing to sell after a change means you accept the new terms.
2. Your obligations
You may only list genuine 3D printed items that you produce yourself. You must hold the rights to every design you sell — see our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
You're responsible for accurate descriptions, honest photos, correct material and printer details, and realistic production times. You must respond to buyer messages promptly and fulfil every order within the time stated on your listings.
3. Listing rules
Every listing must represent a real 3D printed item you can produce. Not allowed: mass-produced, dropshipped, resin-cast or injection-moulded goods, or counterfeit and trademark-infringing designs.

4. Pricing & payments
You set the price for each listing. Buyers pay PrintRealms at checkout and we handle the transaction securely — card details are never stored by PrintRealms.
You receive your earnings (list price minus commission) on a rolling payout schedule to your linked account.
5. Commission
PrintRealms charges a 15% commission on each completed sale, deducted automatically at checkout. Sellers receive 85% of the list price.
Listing is free and there are no monthly subscription fees for standard accounts. Commission covers payment processing, platform maintenance and buyer protection.
6. Shipping & fulfillment
You must ship each order within the production time stated on the listing. You're responsible for safe packaging, tracking where offered, and updating the buyer when the order ships.
If you cannot fulfil an order, you must cancel it promptly and notify the buyer. Failure to ship, repeated late shipping, or unfulfilled orders may lead to suspended payouts, removal of listings, and action against your account.
7. Returns & refunds
Buyers can open a dispute within 14 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect or non-delivered items. PrintRealms mediates disputes and may issue refunds at our discretion.

8. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate this agreement, our rules, or the law. Serious or repeated violations — fraud, prohibited content, IP infringement, or persistent non-fulfilment — result in permanent bans and forfeiture of pending payouts.
You can close your seller account at any time from your dashboard, but any open orders must be completed or refunded.
