When you create a PrintRealms account we collect your name, email address, and any profile details you choose to add. When you list a print or place an order, we collect listing details, shipping address and order history.
We also automatically collect usage data — pages viewed, searches, clicks — to improve the marketplace and show relevant products.

- To create and manage your account
- To process orders and facilitate shipping between buyers and sellers
- To display products and personalise your Explore feed
- To send order updates, security alerts and (with consent) marketing emails
- To detect fraud, spam and prohibited content
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We use analytics cookies to understand how the marketplace is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.
4. Sharing your data
We never sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with:
- Sellers — shipping address only, for orders you place from them
- Payment processors — to handle checkout securely (we never store card numbers)
- Authorities — only when legally required to respond to valid requests
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, visit your dashboard settings or contact us.
6. Data security
We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff and audited. We notify affected users within 72 hours of any confirmed breach.
