Buying prints
How do I buy a 3D print?
Browse the Explore page, find a print you like, add it to your cart, and checkout. You'll need an account to complete your purchase.
Are these real physical prints?
Yes. Every item on PrintRealms is a physical 3D printed object, made and shipped by an independent maker. You receive the actual print, not a digital file.
Can I request custom prints?
Some sellers offer customisation. Check the product description or message the seller through their profile page to ask.
What if I don't like what I receive?
If a print arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing, or never arrives, you can open a dispute within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
Selling prints
Who can sell on PrintRealms?
Anyone with an account. Go to the Sell page, upload photos of your print, set a price, and publish. Your listing appears in Explore immediately.
What can I sell?
Only genuine 3D printed items. No mass-produced goods, no injection-moulded items, no other crafts. See our Marketplace Rules.
How many photos should I upload?
Upload up to 4 clear photos. Good lighting and multiple angles help your print sell.
How do I price my prints?
Factor in material cost, electricity, your time, and the 15% PrintRealms commission. See our pricing guide.
Payments & fees
How much does PrintRealms charge?
PrintRealms takes a 15% commission on each sale. Sellers receive 85% of the list price.
When do I get paid?
Seller earnings are tracked in your dashboard. Payouts are processed on a rolling schedule once payments are fully launched.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Each seller sets their own production and shipping times. Estimated delivery is shown on every product page.
Do sellers ship internationally?
Most sellers ship internationally. Check the product page or ask the seller if you're unsure.
How can I track my order?
Go to your dashboard and click on any order to see its tracking timeline — from confirmed to printing to shipped to delivered.
Accounts
Do I need separate accounts for buying and selling?
No. One account lets you both buy and sell on PrintRealms.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Password reset is coming soon. For now, contact us and we'll help you regain access.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account. Your profile and listings are removed, but past orders are kept for seller records.
Trust & safety
How do I know a seller is trustworthy?
Look for trust badges (Verified, Founding, Trusted), check their seller profile for sales count and ratings, and read reviews on their products.
How do I report a problem?
Every product page has Report buttons for listings and sellers. You can also contact us directly.
What happens to reported items?
Our team reviews every report. Listings that violate our rules are removed, and repeat offenders are banned.
